In Short
For technical reasons (printer-rip), QuarkXpress files (problem: fonts), Acrobat files (problem: imbedded image data) and InDesign files (problem: adjustment of special effects) require some additional costs.
- Send Photoshop images separately (NOT embedded). For optimal print results they need to have a resolution of at least (the higher the better) 720dpi (with a 1:10 scale).
- Please don't forget to add sufficient margins to your images (10mm on all sides while maintaining the 1:10 scale!).
- Please convert fonts into vectors paths or send along the font-case.
2. Farben
- Specific color-information via palette-data (HKS, RAL or Pantone)
- Send us definite color-samples via post service
- We do require a definite color-sample if you cannot provide us with any specific color-information. Otherwise, we will print your file as is and we cannot accept any complaints in regards to color.
